  So the first line in the introduction from Raymond is "customer satisfaction is our top  priority" and he definitely stands behind it.  If only all the contractors I've had to deal with were this honest, reliable and professional, life would be a lot easier.  Ray and his crew did an amazing painting job on a very large and challenging house.  Gomez and David were so easy to have around and did such a great job of answering my questions.  Alway polite, friendly and professional. The job site was always clean.  Ray was always available and prompt in communicating with me.  His estimate was very detailed and broken down in a way that allowed for deciding if we wanted to include everything  or wait on some of it.

I can pretty much guarantee you will be glad you chose them.

  Ray did a beautiful and meticulous job refinishing our front door.  He sanded and applied two coats of spar urethane.  Now our front door looks brand new again. Ray was very responsive to our needs, provided a competitive quote, and did excellent work.  I give Proactive Painting my highest recommendation.

  Today's Mega Million jackpot is over $1 billion. So I am daydreaming that I'd be half a billionaire by the end of the day. In my daydream, I am building a completely customized beautiful mansion. I imagine that my architect and builder would be fancy people that only work with super rich people that have a team of great subcontractors already. With my half-a-billion status that can hire and afford anyone, I'd insist bringing in Raymond for my imaginary mansion.

I received quite a number of estimates for the full interior paint job, and Raymond gave me a competitive quote from the start. I had someone tell me I should've brought him the competition quote and he would've matched. Doing any type of works for the house is stressful already, so I just don't want to deal with haggling nonsense.

Because of my allergy/sensitivities to multiple chemicals, I can't normally walk into a recently painted house or a paint store. So I chose special paints to use for my job, and Raymond was corresponding with me the whole time before the job began to provide help with me ordering the right paints and such. There were some hiccups with our house before the paint job began, which made me curse the universe (gotta be the balancing of luck for my upcoming jackpot win tonight), but communicating with Ray, I was at ease that the paint job will be smooth and perfect, and it certainly has been. Ray has been the bright light at the end of dark tunnel that is house remodeling/repair.

Ray understood my health situation, so when I inquired about painting cabinets, instead of just taking the job and making $$, he advised me with what was involved in painting the cabinets and what type of materials were needed to be used for good finish to steer me to the right direction.

You know you feel hesitant to refer contractors to your close friends for big jobs, just in case something doesn't go perfectly, even if the job was satisfactory. With Ray, I am going to spread the words everywhere because I know all my friends will thank me. My house looks so freaking beautiful inside right now with the great and carefully done paint job, so I can't wait to show off!

  Raymond and the Proactive Painting team are an excellent company to work with.  They were always on time, very professional, willing to help with extra tasks and delivered a high quality paint job for the interior of our Saratoga home.  Raymond went the extra mile to deliver a high quality finish on the trim and doors...they sprayed all of the trim and took all of the doors to their shop so that they could spray a great finish.  Proactive Painting was also very competitively priced and did some unplanned work for a small increase in price.  We would highly recommend Raymond and his team for your painting needs.

  I received a few quotes for painting the old Victorian house and finally selected Proactive Painting. I am glad to have made this selection! Raymond, the owner, is prompt in providing me a detailed quote. What makes this quote stands out is the details provided eg the prep work such as scraping, sanding, priming the areas with peeling old paint, etc. The other quotes I received merely provides a price. Most importantly this company also takes good care of employees by offering insurance, etc. During the course of their work, I do drop by every 2 to 3 days. I can see the pride the workers put in their work. They are meticulous. They did a tedious work in preping the house for painting. No short cuts! Also as an example, there was a missing wood design motif. They communicated this to Raymond and he promptly notified me. This allows me to quickly buy a replacement and install the new motif. The quality and pride of their workmanship is beyond words eg primer where needed and 2 coats of paint. I highly recommend this company!!

  When I needed my new place to be painted, I reached out to several painters for estimates. Ray was not only the most responsive but also the estimate was far more competitive.

He was extremely communicative leading up-to the project and throughout the entire process which gave me much needed peace of mind after the chaos of renovations.

He and his team did an amazing job! I mean, they were able to remove door hooks that were severely glued on, sanded them down and painted them over to the point you wouldn't have known otherwise. They also were able to cover horribly stubborn light green paint in one of the bathrooms.

I could not have been happier with the job they did and highly recommend them to anyone who has small, medium, or large projects!
